The year is 2070... Humans that manage to survive are looking for the Metro Entrances. The surface of the Earth is radioactive and now that most of the places on Earth are underwater and Nature is transforming into a new form of Artificial Intelligence which is taking control over everything, the Entrances of the Great Metro are blocked, and so new ways of descent must be found. Humans are not superiors anymore and in order to survive and feed their digital self they need stem cells. They are sucking one another desperately and searching for the Secret Entrance. In this unfriendly, mutated environment your worst nightmares come to life and try to entertain you. Crack the code and win your place Underground!!!

It seems like this game has some .dll file(s) that needs to go along with the exe for it to play properly. An error comes up when trying to run it that "UnityPlayer.dll" cannot be found.
I was able to get past the initial error by adding the UnityPlayer.dll from another game and then got the following error:

The game runs now! Thank you. I'll have to tackle this strange world sometime soon. I look forward to it.
I will say though, it seems like the player is a little on the short side.
